Keith Sundstrom WELCOME WELCOME

I’m Keith Sundstrom.

I’m an entrepreneur, marketer, builder of digital businesses, and a lifelong student of what makes people, companies and systems perform better.

This site is where I document what I’m building, what I’m learning, what’s working—and occasionally what didn’t work at all.

My work today sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital marketing, commercial construction and entrepreneurship.

But the common thread isn’t an industry.

It’s systems. SYSTEMS 01 — Systems

I LIKE BUILDING MACHINES

Not literal machines.

Business machines.

Marketing systems that consistently create opportunities.

Websites that become digital assets instead of online brochures.

AI systems that handle work humans previously had to perform manually.

Specialized platforms that connect customers with the right contractors.

The question I keep coming back to is simple:

01

Can this be turned into a system?

If it can, the next question is:

02

Can AI make that system faster, smarter or more scalable?

That thinking has led me into some interesting experiments.

I’m building specialized platforms for commercial construction and property services, including commercial glass, water damage restoration and tenant improvement.

I’m experimenting with AI-powered marketing, automated communication, outbound prospecting, search visibility and increasingly autonomous business systems.

Some experiments will become businesses.

Some will become tools.

Some will fail.

All of them teach me something. AI 02 — AI

AI CHANGED THE SIZE OF THE PLAYING FIELD

I’ve worked around technology and marketing for years, but artificial intelligence changed something fundamental.

A small operator can now have capabilities that once required an entire organization.

Research.

Writing.

Data analysis.

Programming.

Sales support.

Customer communication.

Strategy.

Creative development.

Automation.

The opportunity isn’t simply to use AI to do the same work faster.

The bigger opportunity is to redesign how the work gets done in the first place. That’s the part that interests me. 03 — Contractors

THE CONTRACTOR ECONOMY

A large part of my work focuses on contractors and commercial construction.

These are industries filled with highly capable operators who know how to build, repair and solve difficult physical problems—but often operate with fragmented marketing and technology.

I see an enormous opportunity to connect the physical economy with the emerging AI economy.

Not by replacing the people who know how to do the work.

By giving great operators better systems around the work.

Better customer acquisition.

Better information.

Better communication.

Better market intelligence.

Better automation.

And eventually, entirely new ways for contractors, property owners, facility managers and technology to interact.

REPEAT 04 — Method

BUILD. MEASURE. IMPROVE. REPEAT.

I don’t believe you figure everything out before you start.

01 You build something. 02 Put it into the world. 03 Measure what happens. 04 Find the weak point. 05 Improve it. 06 Then run the experiment again. That philosophy applies to business, technology and life.

I’ve become increasingly interested in the systems behind personal performance as well: attention, habits, creativity, discipline, physical movement, self-awareness and the strange relationship developing between human thought and artificial intelligence.

That exploration is becoming what I call the Neuro-Creative System.

The premise is simple:

AI becomes much more powerful when it isn’t merely answering your questions—but helping you observe, organize and improve your own thinking. LAB 05 — The Lab

THIS SITE IS THE LAB

KeithSundstrom.com isn’t meant to be a polished monument to everything I’ve already done.

I’d rather make it a record of what I’m doing next.

I’ll use this site to document businesses I’m building, AI experiments I’m running, marketing systems I’m testing, lessons from entrepreneurship, ideas about the future of construction and technology, and the development of the Neuro-Creative System.

Some posts will be detailed.

Some will simply be observations.

Others may document an experiment while I’m still figuring out whether it works. That’s intentional.

Because I’m less interested in pretending to have everything figured out than I am in continuing to figure things out.

06 — Projects

WHAT I’M BUILDING

AI + Marketing

Using artificial intelligence to rethink how businesses find customers, communicate, research markets and operate.

Commercial Construction Platforms

Building specialized digital properties connecting commercial customers with qualified contractors.

Search + Digital Assets

Experimenting with how focused websites, useful information and topical authority can create durable customer acquisition.

Automation + Agents

Exploring AI systems capable of performing increasingly complex business functions.

The Neuro-Creative System

Developing a framework for combining AI, self-awareness, habits, creativity and disciplined execution.

NEXT 07 — What’s Next

THE NEXT DECADE IS GOING TO BE INTERESTING.

And the relationship between humans and computers is becoming something completely different from what it was even a few years ago.

I don’t know exactly where all of it leads.

That’s precisely why I’m interested.

I’m going to build, experiment, measure and document what I discover along the way.

Welcome to the lab. — Keith Sundstrom Keith Sundstrom
